Aqua is looking for a proactive and consultative Support Engineer to enable deployment of the solution for both prospects and existing customers.

This role will focus on post-sales technical support, and will include both fielding support calls and providing expert advice.

  • Identify customers' needs and offer the best solutions
  • Monitor the progress of product installations to ensure they are successful
  • Be the focal point for our customers and our sales team with tech issues
  • Facilitate communication between external clients and internal teams
  • Execute system configurations and new feature implementation
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve product capabilities and client relationship

דרישות תפקיד

  • Prior experience in supporting enterprise customers in the United States
  • Service orientated with a problem solving attitude
  • Experience with IT practices and processes, preferably in a hands-on capacity
  • Deep understanding of development processes and technology
  • Past experience in a Linux environment
  • Able to navigate independently in an autonomous environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to accommodate US time zone, when needed (provide support to US based customers)
