Yotpo is looking for talented Growth Manager who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing and data analysis to join our Growth Team.

The ideal candidate has experience in web-marketing tools, knowledge of conversion & funnel optimization, awesome analytical skills, interested in UI/UX, and is comfortable with the creative stuff too.

The Growth team is a part of the Product department and works cross-functionally with multiple departments such as design, marketing, sales, customer success, engineering, and data teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work on super-interesting projects, such as product onboarding, dynamic landing pages, A/B testing & personalization, messaging etc.
  • Advise paid acquisition, seo, product managers & others with their growth efforts.
  • Identify, execute and measure opportunities for Growth based on your analytical insights.
  • Drive projects focusing on growth, usage, and revenue - working with multiple stakeholders.

דרישות תפקיד

  • Experience with working on the creation, optimization and management of Marketing & web funnels (A/B testing, conversion rate optimization) - Must
  • Solid knowledge of web marketing tools (Mixpanel, VWO, Dynamic Yield, Google analytics, Heatmaps) - Big Advantage
  • Awesome ability and eagerness to always learn new things - Must
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a “do whatever it takes” attitude - Must
  • HTML/CSS Skills – Big Advantage
  • Excellent Excel & data analysis skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, etc) - Advantage
  • Experience in SaaS / B2B / eCommerce – Big Advantage
  • 1+ Year experience in Marketing / Product (Conversion Manager / Product Manager / Growth / PPC) - Big Advantage
  • BSC in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems - Advantage
  • Fluent, high-level English (written and spoken) – Must
