Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, computer science engineering degree
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in writing very technical B2B-oriented product documentation
• English as a first language, with very good English writing skills
• Experience using CCMS authoring tools
• Network/Endpoint Security/Cloud background - advantage
• Experience working in an agile environment
•  Preparing training materials, video tutorials - advantage
• Ability to self-manage on multiple tasks in parallel in dynamic environment
• Ability to take end-to-end responsibility for writing tasks
• Interest in learning and understanding new technologies and complex products
