Sales Development Rep Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with inbound leads and be the 1st point of communication for CloudShare

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and capturing leads
  • Able to handle the hard no’s and keep outreaching to get results!
  • Managing your tasks, leads and all data capturing within SalesForce CRM
  • Achieve weekly targets and performance metrics
  • Research companies, identify key roles and leads, cross-sell outreach within current CloudShare client organisations, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders
  • Achieve sales quota and objectives
  • Working independently in an energetic, collaborative team environment
  • Deliver clear business opportunity potential from a lead to the Enterprise Sales team
  • Utilise collaborative production tools, automation and other software

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for building a sales pipeline

Individuals likely to find success in this role possess the following attributes:

  • Native English speaker

  • 2 years experience in similar sales development role
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment
  • Able to learn and understand new technologies
  • Understanding prospect pain points
  • Objection handling skills
  • Pre-call planning and time management skills

Perks of the job

  • Base salary plus performance-based bonuses

  • Working Monday to Friday (mainly US hours)
