תיאור משרה

This individual will be part of a team that will target small and mid-sized business (2499 employees and less). The account manager will report to our sales VP and will manage in the entire sales cycle for all new business, additional license sales and add on module/service sales (defined as Dome$). As an Account Manager, you are the first line of contact with prospects and must excel in establishing meaningful conversations with a variety of IT Security, Director level and C-level decision makers. You need to possess excellent communication skills to quickly build relationships through question-based engagement, and be able to create differentiating value to open interest in Dome9’s solutions. This role is ideal for a highly motivated self-starter who is resilient and innovative in building and executing personalized sales development prospecting campaigns.


  • Articulate the Company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest. Promote SaaS solution with various management levels and professionals across technical and business disciplines
  • Achieve or exceed goal for selling Dome9 $ into new accounts
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions
  • Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the Company technology – and clearly articulate capabilities and advantages to prospective customers
  • Provide baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting call
  • Contribute to every component of the critical functions associated with fulfilling the sales cycle (customer database maintenance and data entry, correspondence, and communications)
  • Social Media Monitoring: Engaging with social media platforms, creating alerts on keywords, researching topics and sharing information with individuals responsible for producing the content and responses
  • Self prospect via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing Internet information sources
  • Update prospect interaction in Salesforce.com

  • 3-5 years of experience in selling IT solutions.
  • Selling cyber security solutions for at least one year is a major plus.
  • Strong program management capabilities together with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
  • Strong hunter with demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations and handle objections 
  • Proficient with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Webex/GotoMeeting, Office applications and Salesloft
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and adaptive to rapidly-changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion & influence
  • Strong desire and ability to evolve sales skills and technical product knowledge
  • Ability to collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Business Devlopment.
  • Team player with great communication skills and willingness to prospect accounts daily is required.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • High proficiency in English – a must
