Duda’s Director of Product Marketing is a critical role to ensure the success of new products/features at Duda.
S/he will help market and engage existing/prospective customers with the goal to drive significant adoption of new products.
This individual is a strategic marketer/thinker/problem solver capable of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and campaign initiatives. We are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated to drive adoption of new products/services for Duda from beginning to end.
Additionally, s/he is an effective partner to our customers and works in strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across the product/sales/marketing/CS organizations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce effective and scalable communication strategies for product releases, best practices, industry trends, and company announcements to increase customer engagement.
- Deliver beautiful emails, in-app messages, webinars, infographics, customer success stories, and more to share knowledge and add value to customers.
- Manage customer/buyers communication calendars to make sure there are well-balanced touch points across new product launches and drip campaigns.
- Manage our social media channels, community forums, and app store to ensure consistent messaging and positioning and escalate feedback to the appropriate team .
- Create product marketing plans for new offerings; Plan and implement strategies for launches, collaborating with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure well-coordinated execution and measure success.
- Understand target buyer and customer personas, buying needs, and buyer's journey to inform the development of messaging and content strategy
- Create and be accountable for quarterly marketing plans for the product portfolio, including marketing campaigns and programs designed to drive awareness, demand and adoption of the products.
- Work with the Marketing team to develop, execute, track and refine marketing campaigns and programs; Integrate marketing efforts such webinars, emails, content marketing, web presence.
- Partner with the Sales to create and execute on sales enablement plans that equip reps/AE’s with the knowledge, content and tools they need to successfully engage with buyers and customers.
- Prepare reports and key insights on customer engagement to advise key stakeholders on strategy and next steps.
- Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the product marketing team, and others will rely on your work every single day.
- Minimum 4-5 years of product marketing experience.
- Prior success in developing strategies to upsell and drive growth within share of wallet/wallet share expansion.
- Strong ability to create messaging, positioning and content strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify early signals/trends and quickly solution set / problem solve.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with executive leadership.
- Highly accountable self-starter that is able to work with little direct supervision.
- A desire to work in a high growth and results-oriented team environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- B2B SaaS Experience preferred.
