Duda (duda.co) is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Operations team.
You will be responsible for creating, optimizing and expanding our marketing automation capabilities, executing strategic integrations and processes that support Sales & Marketing goals, maintain and organize data & communication activity, all in support of Duda’s rapid growth.
You will lead growth initiatives by generating engagement with effective messaging delivered via automated and digital tools, and support high quality data-driven decision making, strengthening our competitive position and contributing to future marketing enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Partner with our Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure data visibility and ideal targeting, mine results for insightful and actionable understanding, and develop future processes.
- Develop and execute marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment. Research and implement email automation enhancements as suited for departmental and organizational needs.
- Find actionable strategic insights through funnels, cohort analyses, customer segmentation, forecasting and prediction models, and more.
- Support future marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and recommending best practices and tactics, and monitoring industry standards. Efforts may include but are not limited to CRM, blog/newsletter, and other lead generation efforts.
