The Data Analyst Team Leader will manage a data team consisting of data analysts.
In this role, you will influence every decision-making process in the company and thus this is a crucial role for the company. The role allows the different departments to gain the much-needed visibility to different data sources that shed light on every aspect of our product, from user behavior, new feature adoption, operational, financial and marketing KPI’s and more.
You will work closely with different departments to understand their needs and gain an in-depth understanding of the business as this is key for any data analyst to fulfill this role properly.
Responsibilities
- You will lead and manage a team of data analysts
- Analyze large, complex data sets representing users’ behavior, see beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support and execute our business decisions
- Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from data to shape features and future product road-maps
- Work closely with the the data engineering team, other R&D teams, product and business analysts from various business departments
- Proactively push to improve and refine performance of your team
- Solve complicated challenges in parallel under the stress of a high scale production system environment
- Deliver actionable intelligence
