All about the role:

As our Software Team-Leader, you will play a key part in the Takeaway POS (Point of Sale) team. In this role, you’ll work on our product for restaurants, building a Real-time/ Offline system using Web-Sockets, standalone UI components shared through StoryBook using Angular10.

You’ll also:

• Coach, motivate and inspire an Agile development squad of 5-8 team members.
• Communicate project requirements and specifications to the team.
• Signal and analyze bottlenecks in work processes and drive the implementation of solutions thereof.
• Analyze software performance and market developments and report on these
• Recruit and select new staff.
• Make work plans and schedules for Software Developers.
• Conduct performance review with employees and provide continuous feedback.

Can you deliver…

• 5+ years’ in a Software Development role. 
• 2+ years of managing teams of 4+ members.
• Knowledge of FE frameworks (Angular).
• Knowledge of server-side technologies (.NET).
• Experience with transitioning to a Microservices-based architecture in a high-traffic environment- advantage. 
• Able to build a positive team environment in which people feel valued and driven.
