We serve millions of consumers in multiple brands and verticals and proud to be one of the biggest spiritual advise vendors in the world. We are looking for a world-class leader for our User Acquisition team. This role will lead our demand generation efforts, managing a multi-million dollar budget and leading a team of top talents, focused on driving continued and efficient growth. This person should be a seasoned, data driven marketer. Somebody who understands how to create a holistic, successful, customer acquisition strategy that bridges paid and organic channels.

 

As an executive member of the extended leadership team, you will have overall responsibility for the cost-effective scaling of the company's customers base!

In this role you will:


  • Own and evolve our paid and non-paid demand generation strategies via various channels (SEM, Social, affiliates, SEO, ASO) and distribution partners
  • Control CPA and increase Life Time Value through constant improvement of tools, tracking and optimization of campaigns and funnels.
  • Build and closely monitor media plans in line with CPA, budget and LTV targets. Set aggressive targets for revenue and conversions from all online channels and ensure these KPI’s are being met
  • Establish models that ensure efficient spend and allocate to the most efficient growth channels
  • Implement testing methodologies to ensure constant improvement of KPI’s, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
  • Identify and introduce new innovative and creative acquisition channels and sources
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing top talents and oversea a multimillion $ budget
  • Work closely with the product and business operations teams, lead cross organization initiatives and provide ongoing analysis and input

  • 8+ years of successful progressive experience, 5+ years in managerial roles
  • Proven expert in online marketing (SEM, SEO, social media, Conversion optimization, analytics & technology).
  • Successful track record in leading revenue driven and cost effective business growth at scale.
  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to execute on a detailed level with a passion for success
  • Hands on mentality with the desire to create immediate impact
  • Highly analytical, data driven with full excel proficiency and ability to analyze independently and drive insight from complexed, multi-source data
  • Expert in online tracking, reporting tools, attribution models and with optimizations of various acquisition and conversion journeys and flows.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker. Ability to identify and launch innovative marketing channels, strategies and campaigns and generate new cost effective revenue streams.
  • Creative problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills, hardworking, methodical, team player.
