NetApp is looking for an experienced Inside Sales leader to oversee our SaaS offerings remote sales activities.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

You are an outstanding Sales Manager experienced in recruiting, training and managing inside sales teams (10+ reps). You have proven results and recognized success in managing remote teams within the software industry. You have excellent communication skills and ability to successfully integrate into a large scale organization. You are self-motivated and able to independently initiate and drive new sales processes and motivate your team to overachieve.

You are able to work with a wide range of individuals with technical and/or commercial expertise within customer accounts and internally.

You are equipped with high confidence, resiliency and the highest standards of integrity & credibility.

דרישות תפקיד

BA/BS or equivalent educational background

·        5+ years of experience managing remote sales teams in a corporate environment.

·        8+ years of experience in technological sales, preferably in the software industry

·        History of over-achievement of sales quotas and recognized success

·        Excellent interpersonal communication skills

·        Critical thinking, analytical, data manipulation and other technical skills

·        Technical background in data center technology and/or public cloud – Advantage.
