We are looking for a data-obsessed Market Analyst with a strong desire to master the market conditions and competitors’ activities, who will be the driving force behind our business decisions, by deep-diving into our sales cycles, business trends, and KPIs, as well as gather significant competitive intelligence.

  • Analyze business results, build and track KPIs using BI tools to improve company’s effectiveness and help us achieve our business goals
  • Use the company’s BI systems to analyze, draw conclusions and identify potential gaps in the company’s business flows
  • Constantly study the market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Model our product portfolio pricing positioning in different Geo’s to ensure our competitive advantage
  • Forecast business plan for new initiatives to evaluate their potential
  • Develop compensation tools that reflect the business targets to encourage our sales team motivation
  • Synthesize and communicate your research findings into actionable insights to provide management with decision-making tools for new business initiatives end-to-end
  • Build strong relationships and work in cooperation with cross-functional teams within the company to create comprehensive conclusions and recommendations

דרישות תפקיד

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Market Analyst/Business Analyst/FP&A role
  • Deep understanding of numbers as well as a strong business sense, basing conclusions on end-to-end analysis
  • Experience in forecasting and modeling based on market and sales trends
  • A structural approach to data with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Experience working with BI/Analytic tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Experience in the Online industry. Digital advertising experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, organized, creative, independent and quick learner
  • BA/BSc. in Economics/ Computer Science/ Industrial Eng. or other quantitative fields
