We deliver intuitive search monetization options for developers to earn via desktop extensions, websites and mobile apps.


The Sales Director will be responsible for growing Codefuel’s B2B search syndication business in the evolving online monetization industry by identifying opportunities with potential customers and building relationships with their decision makers. Drawing on the company’s resources, you will plan and implement a sales strategy in focused vertical markets based mainly on the monetization of search as well as content, software, and performance marketing implementations. Responsibilities will include everything from identifying and initiating cooperation with prospects, to negotiating and closing complex multi-million-dollar deals. Successful individuals in this position demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and are driven by creating revenue opportunities. The definition of success is simple- the Sales Director is measured on sales revenue, the ability to maintain and grow strategic partnerships and increasing the success pipeline of Codefuel. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and close multi-Million Dollar revenue deals.
  • Create, Manage and maintain a pipeline of revenue opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with new clients in order to increase revenue through the presentation of Codefuel’s services and suite of product offerings to C-level executives at large B2C companies.
  • Effectively analyze market opportunity, trends and pipeline.
  • Actively acquire new leads through prospecting potential clients.
  • Jointly launch opportunities and monitor clients’ performance through a partnership with the Account Management team.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in search monetization/Syndication sales required.
  • Proven recent track record in generating Millions of Dollars in yearly revenue through Browser/Browser extensions monetization and or search monetization on Mobile apps and websites.
  • Proven ability to perform against quotas in a competitive market.
  • Experience in monetization partnerships in Mobile required.
  • Strong familiarity with the search market, software distribution and monetization both Mobile and desktop software’s.
  • High analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics and optimization.
  • Able to work effectively and smoothly with a strong and growing team.
