The Scrum Master has the primary responsibility to ensure the self-organizing, self-managing scrum team to achieve its goals, through continuous improvement and internalize Agile practices. Scrum Masters do so by coaching, implementing and supporting Agile practices and identifying and removing impediments
You are responsible for
- Act as the Agile SAFE Scrum Master for one of the Oncology Informatics scrum teams.
- Helps the team plan and meet their daily and iteration objectives
- Help\solve tech. issues\blockers with the team
- Lead large\complicated development efforts technically
- Works to remove internal and external impediments in the Scrum team
- Facilitates continuous improvement with regular inspect , Adapt and team retrospection
- Interface and Participate in Scrum of Scrum
- Is responsible to ensure identification of the resources required to meet the goals.
- Responsible for the design, implementation, integration and testing - implement full-stack application and technologies to assist power Oncology Informatics user experiences
- Comply and align with software development professionalism standards within the team (processes and methodologies, quality of requirements, design, coding and testing).
- Make sure the team write clean, high quality, solid, readable code that scales.
- Promote trust, openness and leverage external capabilities locally and globally
