Technical Leader

n this role, you have the opportunity to

play a key role in the system development of new products and features of groundbreaking medical software, in a challenging phase of aggressive growth of the company.

You will provide technical leadership for development projects , including requirements definition, leading design reviews, V&V activities, and periodic reporting to the management team regarding the progress.

The site is located in Caesarea.

You are responsible for

• Working across R&D teams to create, verify, manage, and track system- and subsystem-levels of requirements and specifications
• Development of system requirements, design and system level testing
• Working with HW/SW/Algo teams, leading the development to achieve the business goals
• Contributing to establishing the best engineering practices in the full product development cycle for the entire team
• Prioritizing tasks during the project life cycle
• Identifying risks mitigation solutions
• Ensuring that technical documentation meets all safety and regulatory compliance
• Periodic reporting to the management team regarding the projects progress

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Ø  Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechatronics or related
• 5+ years of work experience in medical devices or other highly regulated industries
• Experience with requirement document, risk analysis, system test documents, traceability matrix
• Experience as leader through full product development cycle of complex electromechanical systems, from initial concept to release to market
• Previous experience in a System Engineer role

Ø  Preferred

• Background experience with R&D development
• Experience in software based medical devices in the cardiac electrophysiology domain
• Understanding of systems, HW/SW integration
• Experience in design and development processes that conform to relevant ISO standards and ability to work in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated technical leadership; ability of analytical problem solving and troubleshooting
• Expertise in medical imaging systems
