The Service Desk team leader is responsible for managing all Service Desk operations. This role is crucial to ensure customers’ satisfaction by addressing requirements and tasks accomplishment.

The Service Desk team leader will lead and mentor his team and apply a culture of continual driven process for improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10 IT technical support specialists.
  • Maintain a high customers service level.
  • Oversee teams' operation, performance and generate daily metrics reports.
  • Set the team goals and personal KPIs.
  • Tasks delegation and project deadlines
  • Working with cross-functional teams to ensure projects accomplishment.
  • Create and maintain healthy, motivated work environment and atmosphere.
  • Conducting training sessions for SD team members.
  • Acting as support escalation authority.
  • Developing Service Desk processes and workflows
  • Manage tasks/incidents priorities.
  • Assets management of hardware inventory and software licensing.


דרישות תפקיד

  • At least 4 years of experience in a managerial technical position (Team leader/ mid-manager) at an enterprise size organization (supporting 2000+ employees) - must.
  • Service oriented and proven ability to work well under pressure and at a high work rate - must
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - must
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills - must
  • High English level, both written and verbal communications skills - must
  • High technical skills level, PC & Mac troubleshooting, vast knowledge with hardware, software & networking - must
  • Familiarity with network protocols, routing, proxy and traffic shaping (VPN, DNS, DHCP) –significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with performance metrics (ITIL) - advantage
  • Familiarity with Video Conference systems (Cisco / Polycom) - advantage
  • Working experience with Microsoft 2008-2019 windows servers, vast knowledge in Active directory, GPO, office 365, Azure AD - must
