Your Impact:
You will be a part of our Scheduling Platform team, which is responsible for the development and maintenance of the scheduling engine for the “Salesforce Field Service” (Field Service Lightning) product.
This role requires high technical skills along with a strong affinity for architecture, performance, data modeling, and developing solutions to improve the performance and scalability of systems.
Who You’ll Work With:
You'll be a part of the Service Cloud. Service Cloud is a Salesforce platform for customer service and support management. The Service Cloud team builds technology to automate service processes, streamline workflows and store and intelligently mine knowledge articles with AI to support customers solve problems. The platform supports interaction with AI-powered chatbots to get accurate automated answers quickly. Service Cloud Voice is a recent innovation on the Service Cloud platform that unifies phone, digital channels, and CRM data in real-time in one centralized console.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and deploy the Salesforce Field Service product mainly in Java and APEX
- Be responsible for driving new feature development from inception, design, testing to the eventual release to address customer requirements and meet business goals
- Continuously measure, optimize and refine an ever-growing microservice architecture system, serving millions of requests a day
- Contribute to the development of our next generation optimization engine
