We’re looking for an exceptional product management leader to join the Salesforce Field Service product team and lead our mobile and customer experience products. Salesforce Field Service is one of the fastest growing businesses in the company and we are field service software market leaders. Our customers are in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, utilities, telecom, B2C sales and more. The ideal candidate is a visionary product leader who is obsessed with making customers successful. This individual must be able to identify key market opportunities for our products, collaborate effectively across our organization (and timezones) and support a team of great product managers. This is a highly visible role that is ready for a candidate who wants to take his or her career to the next level.


  • Product Lead for Field Service mobile and customer experience products
  • Responsible for the end to end product lifecycle. This includes: market needs, product vision and strategy, roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success
  • Be a deep expert in the target market, understanding and communicating the competitive landscape and the problems experienced by the target personas
  • Use extensive influencing and communication skills to share and align strategy across the greater PM team
  • Work with peer engineering leaders to achieve high performance teams that balance innovation, supportability and reliability
  • Manage a team of high performing product managers, developing their skills and creating growth opportunities
  • Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize products with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners and customers.
  • Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to ensure the product will help
  • them reach their desired business outcomes
  • Present product and roadmap to customer executives
  • Create compelling demos for internal and external use

דרישות תפקיד

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years related experience product management experience in a technology company
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners
  • 3+ years managing a team of product managers
  • 3+ years of mobile product management experience including the delivery of features on iOS and Android
  • Business-driven with a passion for technology. The ideal candidate can point to examples of driving revenue through customer success and innovation
  • Fast learner that can quickly synthesize ideas, information, and options into a strategy, plan, or response and effectively communicate it

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Working knowledge of modern web technology including HTML, javascript and CSS
  • Experience delivering full-stack solutions, from underlying platform to end-user experiences
  • Understanding and knowledge of one or more important industry verticals such as financial services, healthcare,
  • public sector, telecommunications, retail or manufacturing.
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree or equivalent
